"Mike and his office were very helpful as my wife and I transitioned to a new home and were not allowed to continue our property insurance with State Farm. They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and providing alternatives plus processing our property insurance refund. Although they were losing part of our business, that did not make a difference in their service. We are locating out of the area and will still use them for our other insurance needs and will hopefully be able to reinsure our house with them in the future."

"Mike and his team, especially Chris, do a great job taking care of their insureds' needs and they go the extra mile. I have two auto policies, life insurance, renter's insurance, and an umbrella policy with them. I was having issues with one of my auto policy's premiums being too high due to incorrect accident records, and they guided me through how to fix that -- resulting in savings of hundreds of dollars a year. They're really knowledgeable and take good care of their customers. Highly recommend."

It wasn’t until January of this year that due to an auto accident caused by someone making an illegal left turn and damaging my car, that I had the opportunity to work closely with Chris Walz at the State Farm office in Belmont. Chris was wonderful and explained and guided me through each part of the process. He was available with answers for all the questions that I had—and I had many! If there was a problem he would research to find the answers and communicate the results to me immediately. I was especially impressed that he comes from an office that works to provide the best customer service because they are highly experienced and educated in working with insurance claims. "We are mandated by law to have it. Most of us do. We dauntingly select a policy that covers what we need, within our budget and pay our monthly premiums, and get on with life. We’re covered. But are we sufficiently covered? I purchased a new vehicle for my husband recently which required me to carry full coverage insurance. I was shocked to see how much my rate went up. Time to shop! When comparing quotes online , I received nothing but phone calls, EXCEPT from one agency Mike Pascua STATE FARM & CHRIS WALZ! I actually received an initial WRITTEN quote based on the info I submitted before I was called! The coverage for auto was not only 10x MORE than I had, it included discounts I had never seen, and a renters insurance policy for less than I was paying or would pay if I stayed with my present insurance company!! Honestly, I was convinced that working with a BROKER & AGENT would cost more than buying ONLINE. Not so people…not only do you get the best, most hands on personal service here, you make a FRIEND. CHRIS WALZ! Professional! Knowledgeable! Informed! Compassionate! Patient! Kind! Prompt! My policy is the best I’ve ever had for the least I’ve ever paid! Most of all, he cared about protecting me and my family. That’s a good neighbor and friend! Chris Walz…you have our gratitude, thanks and all the referrals we can send your way🤗"
